That experience shaped everything — the way he advocates for clients, the standards he holds himself to, and the purpose behind the RightWay Team.
Born in New York City and raised in Maplewood and South Orange, NJ, Conrad combines proactive systems, data-driven market fluency, and relentless attention to detail to deliver 5-star client outcomes. His background in media — working on Grammy-winning projects and with global brands — sharpened skills that map directly into real estate: storytelling, precision, and the ability to create opportunity.
When he's not working, you'll find Conrad enjoying time with family, out on the golf course, or exploring the best local food spots — always staying connected to the neighborhoods he serves. The mission never changes: help people find their footing — and their way home.
